Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our official store or authorized retailers.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Timeframe

• Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product (proof of purchase required).
• For online purchases, the return parcel must be shipped within 10 days of approval.

Damaged or Defective Items
